Having been acquired by The B2W Group in 2022, the leading national adult learning and pre-employment training provider, we are now a group with social impact at its heart, enabling us to reach more learners, and improve communities by putting people at the heart of everything we do.

Raising money for charity
Our team of charity superheroes, also known as ‘The Network’, organise events and initiatives to help raise money for our chosen charity – NHS Charities Together.
The initiatives range from running the London Marathon through to Bake-off style competitions and quizzes.

Diversity
Just IT is committed to encouraging equality and diversity in our workforce. We want to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people, regardless of their background and make the best use of their talents.
We aim for a truly representative workforce, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To help us achieve this, we run anonymous staff surveys every six months to monitor the diversity.
Women in Tech
Just IT are proud advocates in empowering women in tech. We have a responsibility in changing the ratio for women in tech and creating an inclusive environment for women.
Part of how we support this, is by hosting ‘Women in Tech‘ events highlighting career paths and opportunities for women in the Tech industry.
Team at the top
Lee Dempster
Lee started his career in recruitment in 1992 and has worked across the UK, Europe and North America where he set up new business opportunities.
For the last six years, he has worked in Just IT initially focusing on the multi-award-winning Technology recruitment business and then subsequently in the apprenticeship business.
As the managing director, Lee brings his passion for customer service across all the marketing and sales functions in the company to ensure we are aligned to our customers in hiring, training, development and retention by innovating our products and delivery.

Lewis Fraser
Lewis has nearly 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry having worked within media, banking and financial services, and now since joining Just IT in 2015, the IT and Digital markets. Lewis is responsible for the hiring, on-boarding and people development at Just IT. He also runs our sales operations and is the MD of our recruitment division. His favourite responsibility though, is organising the Annual Christmas Party.
