Our junior consultants benefit from fantastic training from day one! We have a structured development programme that sees you integrated into the team through a combination of formal and on-the-job training. In the first six months you will not only develop the key skills that you need to be successful, but also become CertRP accredited. With excellent career progression you will see your client base grow and your remuneration increase. As a junior recruitment consultant you will benefit from:

Basic Salary £16-20K.
No commission threshold and uncapped earning potential (typical year 2 OTEs of £40k depending on experience)

Senior consultants at Just IT benefit from an extremely high level of autonomy and excellent further career training. We allow our consultants to develop their creativity, develop their business and grow their income. We have a defined career path for our senior consultants; all of the managers in our business have worked their way up into their existing roles. As a senior recruitment consultant you will benefit from:

Basic Salary to £27K.
No commission threshold and uncapped earning potential (typical year 2 OTEs of £60k depending on experience)
