Case Study: Chesterfield Royal Hospital - Stress Management Training
We contacted Chesterfield Royal Hospital regarding our provisions & were invited to meet them as a potential partner to bolster their internal Soft Skills training program. They had identified a strong need for a training course to help members of staff manage their stress levels on a day-to-day basis.
After initially scoping the requirement we met with key decision makers in the organisation face-to-face. This helped us identify some potential course outlines to use & also decide on the best trainer for the job.
