About Just IT - Our KPI

Just IT is a specialist IT recruitment organization with a two key areas of expertise; we offer clients the ability to recruit highly skilled and qualified people through our Senior Technical Recruitment division, and raw talent through our dedicated Graduate Recruitment division. We are a company that is growing 50% year-on-year and have placed candidates in a range of clients including Ernst & Young, Harrods, Merrill Lynch and Morse.

Our KPI
At Just IT, we take our quality of service very seriously and are proud of a track record that has led to 80% of our turnover being repeat business. With dedicated divisions in both graduate and senior recruitment as well as a Training company working alongside, client and candidate retention is a key part of our business model. 93% of candidates placed by Just IT have remained in their role for at least 1 year.

Our Recruitment Process
When we are approached by a client, we always launch a recruitment initiative immediately that includes:

  1. A face-to-face meeting with one of our REC accredited Recruitment Consultants in order to establish the precise specification of your ideal candidate.
  2. A focused marketing campaign to the specified demographics to ensure the best fit. This campaign can last any length of time, depending on the client’s needs.
  3. A thorough face to face interview and registration with all candidates that we submit to any vacancy.
  4. Assessment days (if needed) at the Just IT Assessment Centre – an ideal option for clients wishing to recruit in bulk. Up to 20 candidates can be interviewed in one day.

How we attract the best quality candidates
Whilst we maintain a web presence through standard job boards (Jobserve, Monster etc) we feel that our clients are best served by meeting candidates with whom we network and to whom we are referred. Often the best candidates are working, and we feel that by sourcing these individuals we find a better quality of applicant.

How we meet our clients needs
We will not work with clients that we cannot meet. To ensure that we fully understand a clients needs, we visit all of our clients. This also has the benefit of ensuring that we can accurately represent our clients to any potential applicants. In the longer term we are focused on developing relationships and partnerships that last and continually deliver to both parties.

How We Maintain Our Graduate Database
Just IT spend over £200,000 per year marketing its services to candidates, providing a range and depth of technically minded, confident candidates with ‘can do’ attitudes. We target graduates with the specific desire and ability to work in IT and regularly appear in a variety of graduate publications and online portals. These include Prospects, Hobsons and Milkround (to name a few). As a result, we have a wide selection of candidates, with varying combinations of technical and soft skills, at our disposal.

Through the insistence that we meet each candidate before adding them to our database, we are able to quickly select the best graduates for your vacancies. This enables us to recruit focused candidates at any academic level that you need and with the desired amount of work experience. This ensures you only recruit the best candidates. We don’t have a limited amount of ‘filters’ available for searching our candidate database because we know each candidate personally. This allows us to offer you a fully customisable recruitment service.
