Since 2004, Just IT has been pioneering a new, risk-free type of recruitment - 'Try Before You Buy' work placements.

Working closely with Just IT Training, Just IT Recruitment offers employers the chance to sample a graduate's suitablility for a role before committing to a permanent offer. In the meantime, the graduate benefits from some valuable hands-on helpdesk experience and, in 75% of cases, a full-time job offer.

These 4-8 week placements are typically unpaid and you are only eligible to pay a fee if you make a full-time offer.

Due to the overwhelming success of our existing graduate IT recruitment division in Network & Technical Support, Just IT has recently diversified into placing graduates across a variety of other roles including testers, web designers, developers, programmers and DBAs. Specifically this includes graduates with 1st class or 2.1 degrees from the country's performing IT universities.
