Try Before You Buy: Tech Support Work Placements
|
Just IT Work Placements provide a unique chance for you to harness the skills of some trained IT professionals who lack formal work experience. Our candidates are entry-level IT enthusiasts who have recently gained technical certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCPs, CompTIA A+ and Linux + through the Just IT Network Professional Programme.

The Process: How It Works
|
Typically, candidates do a 2 week unpaid work placement. At the end of this placement, you have the option of offering a contract to the candidate or terminating the placement. There are no fees unless an offer of employment is made and accepted and no obligation for you to make an offer of any kind.
This ‘try before you buy’ approach has yielded a 1st year retention rate of over 95% and is the ideal way of ensuring that you only hire the right staff. In addition to this, it’s risk free!
Just IT offers this service to a wide range of firms, including Inmarsat, Morse Group, Merril Lynch and Ernst & Young.

Our Candidates: A Truly Unique Proposition
|
Just IT does not rely on database technology or complex software to match candidates with vacancies. Instead, we use people.
We pride ourselves on knowing our candidates very well and are always conscious of the difference between a candidate who is qualified for a role and one who is appropriate for that role. From training many of our candidates over a period of 3 months, and spending considerable time getting to know each one we believe that our relationship with our candidates could not be stronger.
From advertising through Milkround, Hobsons, Prospects (amongst others) and maintaining a large presence at Careers Fairs, Just IT is a recognised brand in the graduate market. Just IT regularly presents at universities to students interested in a career in IT
