Valuable industry recognised certifications
One of the major challenges facing most people looking for a job in IT is a lack of recognised certifications. The course covers a unique blend of internationally recognised industry certifications. Amongst these certifications are MCDST, CompTIA A+, Microsoft XP Professional, Windows 2003 Server and Cisco CCNA.
Below is an outline of the core technical certifications that you’ll have once you’ve completed the NPP:
CompTIA A+
The CompTIA A+ certifications will teach you about system hardware components as well as the fundamentals of dealing with common operating system errors. You will learn how to install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair systems and their hardware components, having the opportunity to apply your knowledge in real-life ‘hands-on’ situations.
In addition, this hands-on certification will also give you experience in installing and managing Windows operating systems and teach you how to detect and correct common operating system errors.
The A+ certification demonstrates competency as a computer technician. The CompTIA A+ certification is a vendor neutral certification. To date over 700,000 people have earned the A+ credential worldwide. Download syllabus here>>

Great practical simulations
Gaining industry recognised certifications in the field of Network & Technical support inevitably requires ‘hands-on’ experience. The blended-learning version of the Network Professional Programme offers simulations to allow you to learn, practice and test as well as perform complex system tasks from your own home without the necessity to have expensive equipment or risk damaging your own computer.
