How does the ‘money back job guarantee’ work?
The process is simple. Once you have successfully applied to the Network Professional Programme you’ll receive your legally binding guarantee (click here to download it) of a job or your money back subject to you achieving your certifications. Whilst these certifications are challenging for some candidates, we provide you with free re-training in all modules for 18 months after you start the course.
In summary, this is our commitment which gives you the reassurance that your hard work and investment will pay off.
If the candidate fails to obtain an IT job offer of £18k-£25k per annum (current average is £18k) within 90 days of programme completion (120 days if the candidate undertakes a work placement) the supplier will give the candidate a rebate of £500 per month to a maximum of the total training fees. However as soon as an IT job of between £18-£25K is gained the repayments will cease. At this point a final payment by Just IT Training will be made, which will be pro rata for part months.
What happens to the money back job guarantee if you do not pass the exams?
The money back job guarantee does not get applied until you have passed the 5 exams and some people find this more difficult than others. If you feel concerned that you will not pass the exams and perhaps you will not get a job then think about the pay as you earn programme. You pay a lower amount and the full fees don’t get paid by you until you gain employment in the IT sector on a salary of between £18-25K
How long does it take to get a job?
This depends on whether you do the intensive, evening or home based programme. As soon as you have passed 3 exams (the A+ and Windows 7 exams) we will promote you into a work placement. If you are a strong candidate you would expect this to go into a full time IT role. On the intensive course the vast majority of candidates get through the three exams in 9 weeks and so many people gain employment in 13-15 weeks, but it can be quicker.
You can be reassured that Just IT will work with you every step of the way, irrespective of how long it takes you to get a job in IT and if you have passed the 5 exams and have not got a job after 4 months we start to pay your training fees back.
What’s the average starting salary?
The average starting salary is £18.5k. This figure represents the average salary of all NPP & DPP graduates placed through Just IT. The highest ever starting salary offered to someone who had just completed the Programmes was £30,000!
