As well as offering ‘hands on’ comprehensive industry recognised training you may feel that you want to build your experience and confidence with some commercial experience.
Over a number of years, Just IT Recruitment has established many relationships with blue-chip companies who take on our candidates into 4-8 week work placements. The placements will be with paid-for expenses (i.e. travel costs, lunch etc) or completely unpaid and offer no guarantee of a position. However many companies see this as an extended interview period and majority of organizations will offer permanent positions to people. It’s all about demonstrating your enthusiasm and technical knowledge and standing out from the crowd.
The placement is not simply a ‘moving boxes and making tea job’, it is a genuine and professional opportunity that will build up and develop your technical ability in a commercial environment, which will give you invaluable skills on your CV.
