My name is Frank Coombes and I manage the Senior Technical recruitment team here at Just IT. We specialise in placing IT professionals into a vast range of organisations based across the UK. We work across all industry sectors including Financial Services, Commercial and Public Sectors.

We recruit for roles paying £25,000 up to £100,000 depending on skill set. We regularly keep in contact with past students that have completed the NPP programme and do our best to help these people throughout their IT career in terms of advice and guidance and where appropriate we will approach the ex-students from the NPP course with suitable IT positions that match their requirements in terms of position, location, salary and culture fit to see if they would be interested in being submitted for the roles that we are recruiting for.

Since Just IT started in 2001, a lot of the candidates have moved up the IT market with our support. For example we have recently placed a candidate into Senior Systems Administration position after leaving the NPP course 3 years ago whereby they will be involved in infrastructure support, project work as well as managing implementation and deployment teams within the UK and abroad. We are also currently working with another ex-student form the NPP course who completed the course 5 years ago and we have put him forward to a Junior Project Manager position within a Managed Service / IT Outsourcing organisation for a salary of over £40,000.

We work very closely with all ex-students and will help them wherever possible in terms of career advice and direction and / or finding them roles for them to work in later in their career.
