I received an email at Christmas from a candidate of ours that did the course 2 years ago. I feel it says a lot about my company and the relationship that we value with our candidates. Here is the email;

I called Ranvir up and asked him for more details. This is his story;
Ranvir had a CCNA before he came to us, but was finding it difficult to get his first job in the UK. He followed the Network Professional Programme and passed the A+ 1, A+ 2, MCP XP Professional and Server 2003 before going to a work placement (http://www.justit.co.uk/it_training/workplacements) at one of the most high profile retail companies in the world.
Because Ranvir worked hard and communicated well this work placement turned into a job and he worked in a 1/2nd line support role for 1 year. After this he came back to Just IT Recruitment for support. We placed him into his next role, but unfortunately he was made redundant. So he came back to Just IT again. It was not long before he started a new job, but as the credit crunch hit he was made redundant yet again! But that simply put him back to working with Just IT Recruitment again and another job was soon obtained. Now he is working in his dream role in a networking position and enjoying working with routers and switched supporting the network infrastructure of a University. Ranvir has learnt how to open up opportunities and he is on to a great career in IT. In his words ‘ No other support company that would do same thing at Just IT has done for me’. He has also recommended a friend to the course, and he is now working in a IT technical support role in a outsource infrastructure company.
It’s a great example of how people are supported through their entire IT career at Just IT.
