The IT industry is constantly changing; it is very difficult to keep up to date with all new forms of technology this is why we are dedicated in working very closely with all our clients in establishing specific needs within technical and network support.

With new operating systems like Windows 7 digging into the domestic industry, Just IT remains focused on businesses, training mainly for Windows XP, the Operating System of choice for many companies in the UK right now.

Cristian Postaru, Senior Technical Trainer emphasised how Just IT is transparent with its training: “We only train for first-line support roles, we target our service, we don’t give people things they don’t need. We know what the market needs and provide relevant training.”

Though teaching ‘by the book’ may be enough for most companies, Just IT goes further, as Cristian explains: “We’ve found that it just isn’t good enough. Just IT believes in providing on the job training with practical hands on training. It is not what you know it’s all about how you can prove it. 

“In the last few years we’ve tried to adapt our courses to include more practical exercises, sometimes things which are not strictly part of the course, but contribute to better understanding of the working job role. Things such as Virtualisation, which is a technology used by a lot of employers within the IT Support sector, allows us to create a virtual computer and lets the students break it and fix actual problems, rather than breaking an actual computer.”

All this evaluation and adaptability of courses allows Just IT to stay ahead of the curve and deliver the skills and experiences to our candidates, ensuring they have the best possible chance of getting a full-time role in IT afterwards.
