My name is Simon Perriton and I am the MD at Just IT Training. I also founded and own the companies, Just IT Training and Just IT Recruitment. I was delighted to be at a careers fair in December 2009 at Greenwich University, where to my surprise I met a guy called Peter Williams. Peter is a great chap who trained with us on our first course in June 2001; he was in the training room when the Twin Towers fell in the USA. I asked him to write an email to me about his experience at Just IT and this is what he sent me. It says a lot about Peter and his decision to do the Just IT programme.
“When I decided to do the NPP course on Monday the 25th of June 2001 I put myself in debt for the first time in my life by a grand total of £4000. But I felt this was worthwhile compared to the cost of a whopping £8000+ for the MCSE Programme at that time!
I sometimes look back and ask myself that magical question; what if I had not signed up with Just IT? My guess is if you are reading this, them perhaps you are asking yourself the same question.
At the time I signed up to the NPP, the IT industry had started experiencing a downfall. The industry had become more demanding compared to the pre-millennium demands. You needed more than a piece of paper stating that you were an MCSE. Yet, Just IT happened to be one of those training providers that understood that simple but very effective model. The NPP was designed to exceed the IT skills and IT academic qualification expectations of a networking professional at that period in time. Almost 10 Years later, Just IT continues to be on top of the game, delivering IT programmes that meet the innovative demands of the IT industry.
However, Just IT has not channelled its efforts to IT skills or IT academic qualifications but has added a personal recipe to the programmes delivered. The personal recipe referred to is that personalised approach to individual delegates in order to see then succeed at no additional cost.
Okay, so you are a genius; you have managed to complete all your certifications at a record pace. What next? This was the situation I faced after successful completion of the NPP. It became apparent that the industry is not just about academic qualifications, but rather beyond that Just IT worked with me to make my CV competitive and they helped me on a personal basis to improve my communication and personal skills which were critical during the interviews. It is this personal touch that I have cherished and emulated during my employment history.
Just IT tirelessly works hard to see to it that the people who matter most (that is the delegates) are not let down. Just IT has made greater improvements to its profile of services since I was last a delegate. Apart from delivering up to date innovative IT Programmes (Both Instructor-led and Blended home based training), Just IT has the Free IT Career Support Essential Online Reading feature, which is an invaluable tool that may be accessed at any time unless likewise, you prefer the free one to one personalised consultation.
So in summary signing up with Just IT 8 years ago I believe it is worth every penny. I have been in fulltime employment as an IT Trainer/Lecturer since completing the NPP and the programme laid a critical foundation for my career.
“A penny spent towards your education is always worth it; but the personal relationship developed with Just IT during the NPP will always be a part of me and time worth spent towards my career aspirations”
