The Development Professional Programme is a great new innovative training and recruitment solution focusing on getting aspiring graduate programmers and software developers within the highly competitive IT Development market. The programme was launched November 2009, focusing on Computing and Scientific graduates and supporting them into work.
Our first major success came when a student called Ezgi started a job in January 2010 as a Junior Developer for an online gaming company called Orbis Technology. Ezgi has now been working for three months on a salary of £27k, which is a great salary to start on! It’s even more satisfying for Ezgi since for over a year he struggled to find work within development and was getting very frustrated.
