Our team of charity superheroes, also known as ‘The Network’, work hard to make sure there’s always exciting initiatives happening in the company. In the past we’ve done everything from skydives to half marathons.
Every year our employees put forward the charities that mean the most to them. Among others, we’ve given our support to Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, The Down’s Syndrome Association, the Alzheimer’s Society and currently we are supporting Mind.
At the heart of Just IT is our desire to support all people with a love of tech into rewarding careers, To celebrate Just IT’s 15th birthday in 2016 we pledged £15k to support projects aimed at helping those from under represented groups make an impact into the London tech sector. The following organisations have received funding and are being actively supported by Just IT to achieve their goals.
We are supporting Career Paths Online to hold a series of free IT & Digital Careers Workshops across London for young people aged 18-24. These workshops are intended to offer additional support to those from BAME backgrounds with barriers preventing them from succeeding on an Apprenticeship scheme or other career path.
We have teamed up with the IT trade association CompTIA to create a scholarship fund to support two individuals into an IT career. This fund will help individuals with a passion for IT but with financial or personal barriers preventing them from accessing the training and career support they need to succeed.
We think inspiring young females at school to consider a tech career is one of the key ways to address gender inequality in the IT market. We were proud sponsors of TeenTech’s London event in January 2017, with twelve of our staff attending over two days to help inspire the next generation of tech professionals.
Our senior management team is made up of three individuals with an extraordinary amount of experience between them, but what sets them apart is their passion for this industry and their willingness to help others succeed.

After graduating from Southampton University, Simon had a successful career working for large international companies in Sales and Marketing positions before starting his first business at the age of 30. Simon’s first two businesses were in the IT recycling sector and grew to a turnover of £15M employing over 200 people.
Simon set up Just IT Training in 2001, then a year later in 2002 he launched Just IT Recruitment. Simon is a true entrepreneur with many years’ experience helping people and businesses to grow and reach their potential. Outside of work, Simon is a family man who combines spending time with his family, playing tennis and drinking white wine.

Lee’s recruitment career has spread over 20 years, running business groups from £15-45M turnover. Recruitment’s main man has launched or turned around companies across the UK, Luxembourg, Frankfurt and New York.
Lee joined in 2013 as the Managing Director of Just IT recruitment with the aim of continuing to grow a business that is innovative, creative and passionate about doing an excellent job. He ensures we create a great company that our people want to work in.
Outside of work, Lee has 3 daughters. As such he is a superb taxi driver, can seem excited and engaged about clothes shopping in Topshop, and when allowed, thoroughly enjoys going out with his friends.

Dee joined the Just IT Apprenticeship team in early 2013 and brings with her over 15 years’ worth of senior management experience within work-based learning. Dee is a visionary leader with exceptional strategic development skills and an outstanding ability in change management processes.
Dee’s role is in developing the team in order to promote high quality experiences for employers, apprentices and our own staff. Outside of work, Dee’s hobbies include water sports, socialising, cooking and motorbike riding.
