Just IT August Apprentice of the Month
We would like to thank of all of our Apprentices this month for the hard work and effort they have put into the programme so far. We have received the nominations from our Assessors and we have 3 winners!
Winners:
Pascale Smith @ Sainsbury’s – Level 4 Software Developer
Pascale has been performing at a high standard and the feedback from her mentor and line manager has been extremely positive. She is making excellent progress across all areas and she is supporting the team well, supporting the recruitment of females into IT. Well done Pascale!
Darnell Sylvester King @ Ringway Jacobs – IT Support
Colleagues and assessors has consistently stated Darnell is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been progressing at an extremely fast pace since day 1 of his Apprenticeship and is quick to complete his assignments. At his stage of the Apprenticeship, his expected percentage is meant to be 57%, however due to his hard work, he is actually on 72%! Good job Darnell!
Samiul Amin – Traineeship
Samiul is currently doing an traineeship with Just IT and has been doing very well. He has 100% attendance and punctuality, always well presented and very polite. Furthermore, he has also gained a work placement! Fantastic!
