Coaching Professional Level 5

Take your coaching skills to the next level with BePro’s Coaching Professional apprenticeship. This programme equips you with the expertise to deliver one-to-one coaching, team coaching, and leadership coaching across a range of organisations. You’ll develop the skills to embed coaching into workplace cultures, supporting individuals and teams to enhance performance and adapt to the future world of work.

As part of the apprenticeship, you’ll earn the CMI Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at no extra cost, adding a valuable qualification to your professional portfolio.

Duration: 14 months (approx)

HR Support Level 3

Start or advance your career in Human Resources with BePro’s HR Support apprenticeship. Designed for those in HR roles within medium to large organisations or HR managers in smaller businesses, this programme equips you with the knowledge and skills to manage employee queries, support HR processes, and provide expert HR advice from recruitment to retirement.

You’ll also have the opportunity to study for the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice, with course costs covered under the apprenticeship funding (CIPD membership fees apply separately).

People Professional Level 5

Progress your HR career with BePro’s People Professional apprenticeship. This programme is perfect for those looking to drive strategic people initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. Apprentices will also complete the CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management, fully funded within the apprenticeship framework (CIPD membership fees apply). If you already have experience, you may wish to explore the Senior People Professional apprenticeship as a next step.

L&D Practitioner Level 3

Senior People Professional Level 7

You can choose between two specialist routes, one of which includes a Level 7 CIPD Diploma in Strategic People Management or Strategic Learning and Development. Upon completion, you’ll achieve MCIPD status, enhancing your professional standing in the industry.
