Where our graduates work

Accessible learning options

We have three learning options; full-time through, part-time and online. This means our programme is suitable for a range of learners whether they be graduates, part-time workers or people looking to career change but are in full-time employment.

Full-time Instructor-led Training

If you want to immerse yourself in your IT training and complete it in what is commonly the quickest way possible, this is the learning style for you.

You’ll learn in an intensive, instructor-led classroom environment in our offices near Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations in central London. You’ll work towards your qualifications and IT job with hands-on support from our in-house training instructors, career support advisers, and recruitment consultants.

Our Network & Technical Support Programme training is Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. The training will be a mixture of theory-based modules using updated training materials, hands-on practical exercises, and assessments to ensure you have the knowledge to complete your exams. The programme duration’s range from 6-weeks or more depending on the package you choose.

Don’t worry if you’ve not studied IT this way before, as no formal IT experience is required. You just need to demonstrate a strong passion for IT tech support and infrastructure, alongside strong communication/soft skills.

Part-time Instructor-led Weekend Training

If you prefer to be in the classroom-based instructor-led environment but wonder how you’ll balance your work commitments and training – this is the best solution.

This training format is delivered on Saturdays to allow you to keep your full-time employment elsewhere until you’re ready to transition into IT.

Also based in our central London offices, this training format is in many ways similar to the full-time instructor led training. This format is delivered over 17-weeks to allow you to balance your commitments and still train effectively.

You’ll receive all the same training materials and delivery as the full-time option, alongside the in-house support from our in-house training instructors, Career Support Consultants and Recruitment Consultants.

Our Connected Learning option uses the latest technology to provide a much more flexible way to learn.

The training is delivered via professionally recorded instructor led videos and online virtual labs to replicate the real IT working environment. You’ll be much more in control of your pace of learning, but by no means alone. We use our own virtual learning environment to support you, and you’ll have your own technical trainer and Career Support Consultant to help you through every step of the way. The training is also supported and delivered through live and interactive career support and technical training webinars, where topics relating to the training and finding employment are discussed.
