We are an experienced apprenticeship training provider, we know apprenticeships, how to deliver them, and the legislation and policy that surrounds them and the Levy. We are in close contact with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and industry bodies such as TechPartnership, BCS and ILM, to ensure that we are kept up to date with changes in apprenticeship policy and delivery. Our non-exec board includes education and apprenticeships policy experts, and meets monthly to keep us appraised about changes in the field.

For companies paying the new Apprenticeship Levy we can provide a full consultation service offering bespoke advice on using your funds to meet your entry-level recruitment needs, or upskill your existing staff through an internal development programme.
As well as advising on the Levy, our dedicated Employer Relationship team assist companies of all sizes with the recruitment of your Apprentice, the design of an Apprenticeship programme to meet your skill requirements, and arranging of available government funding.
Once you have Apprentices on programme, our support teams form the bridge between the Apprentice’s work and training obligations. They will monitor the progression of your Apprentice and make regular visits to your workplace to ensure everything remains on track.

The Apprenticeship Levy has opened up the world of Apprenticeships, making them available to all ages and levels of experience. Levy funds can now be spent on investing in new talent or funding your internal development programmes through upskilling your existing staff.
We have an large pool of IT & digital enthusiasts looking for Apprenticeship opportunities across the UK. Our candidates range from recent school leavers starting their tech careers, to pre-trained individuals with key certifications and previous work experience.
Our Apprentices work with employers for 12-24 months whilst receiving support from Just IT with technical training and soft skills development. Following the completion of the programme, businesses have the option to employ any Apprentice into a permanent position.
Employers can also upskill existing staff with Apprenticeships as part of their internal workforce development programme. We work with companies to design programmes for existing employees which focus on increasing productivity through technical training and leadership skills. In many cases these can be supported by government funding.
These programmes can be tailored to your company requirements and delivered through a range of different training formats, including remote and onsite.

The new Apprenticeship Programmes, known as ‘standards’, can be tailored to meet the specific demands of each employer, allowing you the flexibility to choose modules and certifications which will support skill development within your business.

Our Traineeship candidates are individuals looking for 4-week work placements to increase their employability skills and confidence. Following their Traineeship Programme, candidates can be taken onto an Apprenticeship programme.
We have an active pool of Tech and Digital enthusiasts looking to kick-start their careers with a new employer. Candidates have a range of experience levels and will be able to demonstrate their skills through testing or portfolios.
Course graduates from our flagship Network Professional Programme and Developers Course have established hands-on IT skills and accreditations. Alongside technical capability, candidates will have received soft skills training and coaching.
Existing staff can be put on Apprenticeship-funded training programmes as part of their ongoing professional and personal development. We can assist with the selection and education of appropriate employees for our programmes.

Every year we host the Just IT Apprenticeship Awards ceremony at BCS, the chartered institute of technology, as a way of recognising the successes of our Apprentices and employers. The Awards bring together top IT employers, high achieving Apprentices and individuals from the IT and Apprenticeship worlds.
Outstanding Apprentices are recognised in the following categories: IT Support and Networking, Web and Software Development, Digital Marketing, Best CompTIA Score and the Just IT Apprentice of the Year.
