1st Line Support

Role Responsibilities

  • Building devices (Desktops, Laptops & Mobiles) ready for users.
  • Creating and Managing Active Directory user accounts and passwords.
  • Performing desktop installations and repairs.
  • Recording & responding to support tickets.
  • Producing support and procedural documentation.
  • Assist with office moves, event organisation and internal & external meetings.
  • Escalate relevant issues to more experienced members of the team.
  • Answering telephone calls and fielding the queries.
  • Solving problems raised by customers in a timely fashion.

Skills Required

  • Basic IT knowledge: Computer Maintenance and can manage computer software.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite familiarity.
  • Basic network awareness.
  • Able to multi-task, work to deadlines and adapt and operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving often pressurised environment.
