3rd Line Engineer

We are looking for someone to provide support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and key systems for our client. You will become part of a dynamic team and will be expected to have solid experience in an IT support role.

You will provide IT support to external clients from varied industries. You will also be providing support for Windows Servers, Active Directory, MicroAdd Newsoft Exchange in a wide variety of IT environments.

Key duties

  • Proactive monitoring of IT systems
  • Help desk and incident management
  • Providing on site and remote support
  • User, PC and server configuration
  • Router/Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
  • System checks including backup and anti-virus monitoring and reporting

Skills required

  • Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 and upwards
  • Powershell scripting
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010 and upwards
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Remote Desktop Servers
  • Windows 8/10 Desktop OS Support
  • Networking protocols including TCP/IP
  • Backup application and monitoring.
