Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice

Our client is a specialist technology change consultancy. We help our clients to connect their people to new technology or help them get more out of their existing tech. When people know how to use technology well, they are more efficient, can collaborate more easily and get their work done more effectively.

They are a young company and now at an important growth stage. They need more support to develop their marketing and comms – because they’re so busy helping their clients, they need your help to shout about the difference they can make to organisations.

Our goal is to nurture your talent and give you the chance to shine. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to use your own ideas and experiment with ways to make a difference.

The office environment

It’s part of the company’s business model not to have an office. We understand that this is unusual and can take time to get used to – especially when you’re learning on the job and have plenty of questions. Because of COVID-19, it’s actually more common now for people to work from home, so you may be used to this idea already.

There’ll be opportunities for you to work together from time to time – the Directors and their marketing / comms lead often work from a club in Central London on Fridays and they may start this again when it’s safe to do so. Meanwhile, they all speak regularly in their project teams in online chats and video calls.

They use Microsoft Teams for their day-to-day work. This is a powerful collaborative tool. And, because they’re in the business of training their clients in how to get the best out of technology, they’ll teach you how to use Teams properly for efficient work and sharing.
