A leading MSP are currently looking for an IT Apprentice to join the business, in partnership with Just IT who will provide the framework for the successful candidate to become a fully qualified Level 3 Information Communication Technician, as certified by City & Guilds.
Key Duties
- To provide first line support, hardware, software and online services.
- To assist with technical issues with devices and provide solutions.
- To assist with the creations of user accounts, manage permission and passwords.
About you
To be an ICT Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £16,000 per year. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications.
