What do you need?
- Qualified below Level 3 and aged between 16-23
- Passionate about Tech and Digital
- Enthusiastic about securing an Apprenticeship or full time employment
- Willingness to commit to an 10-week programme leading to a minimum 12-month Apprenticeship
- Prepared to travel up to an hour
They don’t teach you this in school!
Experience is everything and it’s what demonstrates your ability to do the job. It can be scary going into the workplace for the very first time, which is why Traineeships make starting an Apprenticeship or work in the future a little less daunting.
During the 9-week programme, you will learn a lot from a great employer and these skills and experiences can be put down on your CV. Developing your employability skills is key, you just need to show you’re willing to learn.
Alongside the programme, you will achieve an award in employability which will be great for your CV. You might be worrying that you don’t have the qualifications to get involved with the programme but if you’re missing either your Maths or English qualifications, you will also have the chance to build on these skills and take your functional skills exams at the end of the programme.
