Just IT Training & BePro Development (Bepro) announces record results and ambitious plans to become the UK’s leading Independent Training Provider.
2024 marked the start of a bold new chapter for us at Just IT & BePro, as the two companies came together to offer a greater range of services and products to our customers. A year on, we have record achievements across apprenticeships, bootcamps, and skills programmes, which has underpinned a strong financial performance
This financial performance allows us to reinvest and further strengthen our programmes, people, and infrastructure. We continue to pursue our clear goal to become the number one Independent Training Provider across all markets we serve.
Performance highlights driving this year’s success include:
Adult Skills Fund (ASF):
- 91% QAR (Qualification Achievement Rates), with 88.8% timely achievement.
- 87.4% achievement for learners with health or additional needs.
- 95% learner satisfaction.
Apprenticeships:
- 99% overall success rate, with 80% of learners achieving a merit or distinction.
- 94% onboarding satisfaction; and on-programme satisfaction reaching 96%.
- Over 75% QAR in Just IT.
Bootcamps:
- Working with 9 authorities delivering over 600 work placements in the past 9 months with an average salary of £27,000.
- Learners placed with 300+ client organisations.
Curriculum and Delivery:
- Launch of the Smart Tech Bootcamp.
- Redeveloped Data and Software Bootcamps and integrated the new 1200 series of A+ into the IT Bootcamp.
- New ASF programmes in Software and Marketing.
- New apprenticeships including CompTIA Systems Engineer, with Data Technician, Data Analyst, and Generative AI Marketer in further development.
- Improved onboarding systems and creation of new roles in learner engagement, training leadership, and curriculum product management.
