Since launching in 2001, we’ve helped thousands of people start and develop their careers in IT. As we’ve grown as a company, we have built expert teams specialising in delivering apprenticeships, training and recruitment services to hundreds of employers.

Social Responsibility

Raising money for charity

Over the past year, we’ve raised £8,900.49 for this years’ chosen charity; Ambitious About Autism. This has been achieved through our team of charity superheroes, also known as ‘The Network’.

The initiatives range from, running the London Marathon through to the customary Bake-off style competitions.

Just IT is committed to encouraging equality and diversity in our workforce. We want to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people, regardless of their background and make the best use of their talents.

We aim for a truly representative workforce, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To help us achieve this, we run anonymous staff surveys every six months to monitor the diversity.

Women in Tech

Just IT are proud advocates in empowering women in tech. We have a responsibility in changing the ratio for women in tech and creating an inclusive women environment by teaming up with Macfarlanes to host a ‘Women in Tech Discovery event’ designed to inspire women on how they can launch their tech careers.

Simon Perriton

Founder & Group CEO

After graduating from Southampton University, Simon had a successful career working for large international companies in Sales and Marketing positions.

In 2001, Just IT Training was born, providing strategy and direction. A year later, in 2002 Simon launched the company Just IT Recruitment. After fifteen successful years, Simon decided to grow the company by investing in Skills Team.

Simon’s passion is helping people and businesses to grow and reach their potential and listening to employers, motivating candidates and supporting colleagues within the company.

Denise Ellison

Managing Director & CEO

Dee is an experienced leader and director in strategy & operations with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Dee is also skilled in training delivery, management, organisational development, recruiting, and training.

Dee joined the Just IT family in January 2013 and is delighted to have played a vital role in the development of Just IT, establishing high-quality training providers, developing individual careers and businesses.

Lewis Fraser

Group Operations Officer

Lewis has nearly 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry having worked within media, banking and financial services, and now since joining Just IT in 2015, the IT and Digital markets. Lewis is responsible for the hiring, on-boarding and people development at Just IT. He also runs our sales operations and is the MD of our recruitment division. His favourite responsibility though, is organising the Annual Christmas Party.

Lee Dempster

Group Commercial Officer

Lee started his career in recruitment in 1992 and has worked across the UK, Europe and North America where he set up new business opportunities.

For the last six years, he has worked in Just IT initially focusing on the multi-award-winning Technology recruitment business and then subsequently in the apprenticeship business.

As the Group commercial officer, Lee brings his passion for customer service across all the marketing and sales functions in the company to ensure we are aligned to our customers in hiring, training, development and retention by innovating our products and delivery.
