Women are massively underrepresented in Digital industries, with just 3% of women saying a career in technology is their first choice. As just 5% of leadership positions in the sector are held by women, it’s clear to see why.
In May 2022 we hosted a Women in Tech week where we had five webinars across the week each covering a different tech subject each day, recordings of these can be found at the bottom of the page and this November we are back with three new webinars as part of phase 2!
We hosted four webinars in November, two sessions aimed to help school/college students learn about the tech opportunities available to them from large companies in the industry who have 2023 openings within their company. The third and fourth sessions were for all women looking to upskill or explore new tech opportunities and hear from powerful women from Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, IT, Software and Data backgrounds on how they got into tech and any advice they would give women to get involved.
You can watch the recorded sessions in full below.
