At Just IT we put people at the heart of everything we do. This means making sure gender diversity and equality in the workplace are incorporated into our vision and expectations.
This is something a lot of businesses and organisations have been working towards for decades to create a fair working environment where women don’t feel underrepresented, and with only 19% of the technology industry being female, women in tech is needed now more than ever!
Partnering with Businesses
We want to partner with businesses to ensure this initiative is pushed forward and that more and more businesses understand how important gender diversity and equality are within the tech sector.
In May 2022 we hosted a Women in Tech week with a series of 5 webinars across the week exploring different apprenticeship subjects to allow women looking to upskill/start their career to understand the opportunities available to them.
We had some amazing panellists join us from big companies such as Channel 4, Microsoft, Capgemini and The London Stock exchange and we are looking for more employers to be involved in our next lot of webinars in November 2022.

Our next series of webinars will be aimed at school and college students looking for their first role and also general women of all ages looking to upskill/explore new opportunities.
