  • To implement our health and safety policies and practices

Curriculum:

As a Curriculum Product Manager at Just IT & BePro’s, you will be at the heart of shaping high-impact learning experiences that transform careers. Bringing the ADDIE methodology to life, you’ll partner with expert stakeholders; while also driving projects independently, to analyse industry needs, reimagine programme structures, and design engaging, future-ready curricula across our professional pathways. This is a role where creativity meets precision: you’ll translate qualification standards into meaningful learning journeys, map outcomes seamlessly to assessments, storyboard intuitive course flow, and build curriculum development plans that turn strategy into delivery.

You will take ownership of developing exceptional learning materials, from dynamic slide decks and immersive practical activities to detailed workbooks, lesson plans, schemes of work and coaching-driven workplace assessments. Every element you produce will contribute to a coherent, inspiring programme that supports learners at every step.

Your influence doesn’t end with design. You’ll champion curriculum implementation by equipping trainers, coaches, and sales teams with the knowledge and confidence to deliver programmes brilliantly. Through ongoing evaluation, quality checks, and materials reviews, you’ll ensure our curriculum isn’t just compliant, but current, compelling, and consistently outstanding. Whether refining SPaG, optimising lab instructions, or adjusting content to better suit learner needs, you’ll be relentless in driving quality and accessibility.

You’ll also become a specialist in Just IT & BePro’s delivery ecosystem; leveraging classroom software, lab environments, LMS platforms such as OneFile, SCORM tools, Moodle, NearPod, and any new technologies we adopt. Your expertise ensures every programme lands flawlessly within our systems.

Collaboration will be central to your success. You’ll build strong relationships with trainers, IQA, coaches, funding and compliance teams, systems administrators, sales colleagues, marketing, and the wider leadership team. Together, you’ll shape learning experiences that resonate with employers and open new opportunities for learners.

Importantly, you’ll also play a pivotal role in employer engagement—helping sales demonstrate the value, relevance, and impact of our curriculum to clients seeking tailored, future-proof workforce development solutions.

This is a role for someone who wants to bring ideas to life, elevate learner experience, and shape the future of Just IT & BePro’s professional training offer. Every day brings a new chance to innovate, influence, and make a meaningful difference.

Personal Development:

  • To update professional knowledge and skills through a commitment to own learning and development
  • Keep abreast with changes to the FE landscape and Ofsted requirements
  • Actively involved with online communities/seminars in regard to curriculum development to ensure Just IT & BePro’s are at the forefront of developments in the education sector

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for a passionate curriculum professional who is ready to shape exceptional learning experiences and drive the future of Just IT & BePro’s programmes. You will bring a strong track record of designing high-quality curriculum and managing the full development lifecycle, with the confidence to lead projects from early concept through to polished delivery. As someone committed to continuous growth, you’ll actively engage in professional development and stay ahead of sector trends, ensuring our programmes remain relevant, ambitious, and innovative.

You will have experience delivering or supporting apprenticeship provision; training, coaching, and assessing learners; and ideally, you’ll have been directly involved in the intensity and rigour of an Ofsted inspection. Your teaching qualification is essential, and while a degree or professional qualification is desirable, your practical expertise, insight and motivation to excel are what matter most. Strong foundations in English and maths (GCSE or equivalent) will support your ability to produce accurate, articulate content.

This role calls for someone who excels at communication and can present ideas clearly, confidently, and engagingly, whether working with colleagues, employers, or learners. You’ll be adept at building positive relationships at every level and thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork and shared vision are crucial. You’ll bring the ability to motivate and guide others, supporting high performance and creating the conditions where teams can do their best work.

A natural problem-solver, you’ll be proactive, analytical, and calm under pressure; able to navigate challenges with sensitivity, confidence, and professionalism. You’ll be highly organised, managing your time and workload with methodical precision while still leaving room for creative thinking and innovation. Most importantly, you’ll be deeply committed to designing curriculum that is inclusive, accessible, and meaningful for diverse communities. You’ll understand the importance of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Safeguarding and will bring practical, thoughtful ways to embed these values into everything you create.

If you want to lead learning experiences that change lives, this is the role where your expertise, passion, and creativity can truly shine.
