Position Overview
Grow & evolve the team to ensure it delivers a best-in-class learner generation for our private course division
Develop our candidate engagement strategy encompassing. Hosting candidate events and webinars aligned to our value proposition in the private course market space. Working across technologies and engagement methods to generate a sustained flow of great quality candidates.
Lead the team to achieve their core KPIs is essential, providing coaching and development to ensure they are equipped for success. Focusing on constant review and improvement of materials, tools and marketing.
Work with marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure that our collateral, content and message is best in class, with a clear and consistent feel, tone and cadence. Taking ownership of the marketing budget and spend plans aligned to our ever growing geographical and programme spread.
Manage and maintain compliance with great accuracy and process adherence, evolving new ideas and ways or working to drive down first time error rates working closely with our funding teams.

Role Responsibilities:
Works as part of JIT Leadership team in delivering:
- Just IT Company Vision and People Development Goals
- KPIS achievement in line with budgets
- Core objectives in training
- Grow our progressions team
- Joins Operational meetings
- Involvement in Just IT Training projects as required
- Delivers agreed ad-hoc projects as required
- Prepares and runs training sessions as required by the company
- Represents and cross sells all business area’s
- The role and the team will have individual targets in our private training area.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills
- Has managed a team & set KPIs and worked towards targets
- Has a proven track record of selling training courses/packages
- Has a proven track record of working alongside marketing departments and setting up strategies to improve team billing
- Can show history of growing sales departments
Desirable Skills
- Adds tangible value to business
- Leads on initiatives and operates without instruction
- Creation and update of content
- Excellent Inter-personal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with lots of different stakeholders
- Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans
- Diplomatic and Intelligent communicator
- Proven track record in a learner outcome focused position
