Just IT Apprentice of the Month
We would like to thank all of our Apprentices this month for the hard work and effort they have put into the programme so far. Last month was so hard to choose from, we had to pick two!
Winners:
Nicole Herring @ Nomura – IT Support
Nicole has impressed Just IT with the way she is progressing with her level 4 qualification. Her assessor has stated that she is constantly engaged with her training sessions, responds well with feedback, able to work independently and is working at a high academic level.
Nicole is not due to finish her apprenticeship until September 2017, but due to her commitment to her studies, she looks likely to achieve her whole qualification by the end of April 2017. Great job Nicole![/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]
Kacper Wala @ Just IT – IT Support
Kacper has integrated himself into the business and has built excellent working relationships across all of Just IT. He has a genuine passion for IT and after only a few months starting his Apprenticeship, he has passed his CompTia 901 with 95%.
Kacper continues to produce high quality work and is a pleasure to have within the company.
Runners Up:
Matthew March
Matthew March was nominated since he has been working hard and focused on achieving his Apprenticeship in a timely manner.
Katie Lewin
Katie is above target within her assignments. She is a pleasant Apprentice who has demonstrated hard work and excellent time management in her job role. Furthermore, her employer is very pleased with her work ethic!
Ryan Davis
Ryan’s line manager has stated that he is an asset to their organisation. He is always polite, willing to help and a great team player.
