A well established IT firm are looking for a hardworking and passionate for technology individual to join their IT department.
Duties
- Handling incoming phone calls and gathering required information.
- Responding to incoming emails and prioritising incidents.
- Proactively logging alerts from our monitoring systems.
- Dealing with IT problems and incidents for a variety of customers and technologies.
About you
To be an IT Support Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £15,400 per year.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications.
