A football club in South East London are currently seeking an IT Technician Apprentice.
As an IT apprentice, you’ll be working closely with the Head of IT to offer technological support to the Football Club and Football Academy.
Duties
- Timely and accurate logging of user issues into the call management system
- Recognising when a call is urgent and escalating it accordingly
- Working as part of a team, whilst remaining self-motivated in managing your own workload
- Consistently demonstrating excellent customer service when dealing with users
About you
To be an IT Technician Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 16-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £21,000 per year.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications.
