Position Overview
As a Partnership Manager within our Training Sales team, you will drive client relationships, activity, and vacancy generation leading to employment starts for our bootcamp and ASF graduates. Using a solutions focused approach across identified sectors, you will open the doors to new client partners by understanding your audience and tailoring your approach to secure new business in line with targets and expectations. Our candidates are from various geographical regions, so understanding and marketing these locations specifically will be key.
You will be an influential, experienced and proactive business development expert used to working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations. You should be used to making cold outreach to develop deep and lasting relationships.
Supported by our marketing and resourcing functions, you will manage the start of the recruitment & sales process, creating new business opportunities to nurture and develop into key client partners.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings, webinars, roundtables and proactive business development. You will always promote the Just IT range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:
- To achieve set activity & new client targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
- To develop your own pipeline
- To generate success from sales calls and client meetings
- To create and deliver a sector focused engagement plan
- Managing client relationships to the highest standard
- To effectively cross-sell all aspects of Just IT
- Deliver sector information sessions
- To be a brand champion for Just IT
- To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- New Business Tenders and Pitches
- Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience
- Ability to articulate technical content to C suite stakeholders
- Ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner
- High levels of Pace, Passion & Persuasion – it’s what we look for in all our hires!
- You should demonstrate the behaviours & skills required in line with our M&S People Framework
- Solutions orientated, commercially astute and always seeking to improve own ability
- Excellent Inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
