Our Developers Programme equips candidates with the most in-demand skills for software or web development, training experience and accreditation ready for an entry-level role.
What is the Developers Programme?
The Developers Programme allows fully competent coders to specialise within front or back end Development, providing skill development within C#, Java. ASP, .NET, SQL or HTML5/CSS, Javascript. Professionals build a portfolio of work and applications to showcase and present their specialist capabilities to succeed in entry-level Development roles.

What is the Technology Programme?
The Technology Programme provides candidates, who have the drive to progress in IT, with not only internationally recognised certifications from Comp TIA, Microsoft and Cisco, but also the necessary soft, commercial and technical skill set and training to step into an entry-level support role and start to develop their IT career.
Work placement scheme
Our programmes are specifically designed to prepare candidates with the technical ability and professional attitude you typically might not find in junior candidates, through a mixture of instructor-led and independent learning.
Once candidates have finished our Networking & IT Support or Developers Programmes, you have the opportunity to interview and find the right candidate for your company.
Our work placements typically last between 4-8 weeks, dependent on your business and to be agree between yourself and the candidate before the placement begins.
Placements are free from obligation, and can be terminated if it is not working between both parties, with the option to hire a new replacement. Our team will be on-hand to monitor throughout the process, so you aren’t left to deal with any issues alone.
If the placement is successful, a permanent option can be offered, subject to a fee.
