What is the aim of the Tech Accelerator pathway? 

The Tech Accelerator pathway aims to boost mobility into tech careers through intensive development of technical and work readiness skills. Originally a response to the pandemic recovery, the program has evolved into an impactful way to grow talent for partners, with measurable impacts.
