Data Technician
Featuring the industry-recognised certifications and hands-on skills needed to start or develop a career, this Level 3 qualification offers certifications in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, RStudio, Power BI and SQL.
Graduates from this pathway have progressed into roles including; Data Technician, Data Analyst and Data Expert apprenticeships.
IT Technician
Featuring the industry-recognised certifications and hands-on skills needed to start a career, this Level 3 qualification offers certifications in CompTIA A+, Windows Client and Office 365.
Graduates from this pathway have progressed into roles including; IT Support Analyst, 1st Line Support and senior IT apprenticeships.
Software Development
Featuring the industry standard programming languages that employers need, this Level 3 qualification gives practical experience in HTML & CSS, Python, JavaScript and Database Design.
Graduates from this Bootcamp have progressed into roles including Junior Tester, Junior Software Developer and a Level 4 Software Developer apprenticeship.
What are Skills Bootcamps?
Skills Bootcamps – part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs – have been developed in partnership with employers, colleges and local authorities. These flexible courses last up to 16-weeks and give people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills, and fast track to an interview with an employer.
Skills Bootcamps can help you to recruit a diverse workforce with the technical skills your business needs. Our Skills Bootcamps focus on the important links between adult skills and jobs, keeping employers are the forefront of the Further Education system.

How are Skills Bootcamps Funded?
A 70% cost subsidy is available to employers looking to upskill their existing employees, with the remainder of the cost co-funded by the government. In addition, Skills Bootcamps can help you avoid many of the usual costs associated with recruitment.
Other Skills Bootcamp participants, including employed but looking to start a tech career, self-employed, career changers/returners or those unemployed within the last 12 months receive full government funding.
