Our Hosted Interviews are a unique approach to hiring. Over the last 12 months this solution has achieved a succcess rate of 87%, compared to the industry average of 33% for standard interview procedures.

We can organise and host a morning, afternoon or a day for you to meet and interview our top candidates for your role – typically exclusively. We will work with you to design the best approach from the three types of Hosted interview we offer: Group Assessments, back to back 1:1 interviews and bespoke 1:1 interviews.
