Hear from some of the women we’ve supported, either by helping to start their career or develop their skills.
Women we have Supported
Shilpa – Software Developer Apprentice

Nichola – Business Analyst Apprentice
“Our team has evolved greatly through the apprenticeship. It was a continuous improvement process that has benefitted the wider team.”
Caroline – APM Apprentice
“The apprenticeship allowed me to gain a qualification in an area I am invested in for my future. Furthermore, it has opened more doors than I had before I started.”
Kira – Digital Marketing Apprentice
“I got into digital because I love technology and wanted to mix my creative skills into an IT career. I love how technology is always changing and how much logic goes through making certain things work.”
Mickelia – Software Developer
