Coronavirus update for our learners

As the Coronavirus situation in the UK continues, we want to update all our learners and people on programme with Just IT that your health and well-being is our top priority.

Considering recent developments, we have put in place precautionary measures to keep our learners safe. As the situation evolves, we want to minimise the disruption to learners and ensure their health.

How we are adapting

We are currently offering all of our workshops and courses remotely, through GoToTraining and Microsoft Teams. Our coaches, instructors and support teams are dedicated to maintaining our usual high standards of delivery and experience for our learners.

Our training centre

In line with current government guidelines, both our Plumbers Row training centre and central office training centre in Aldgate, are closed to learners.

Options to keep learning

We, of course, want learning to be disrupted as little as possible and our coaches, instructors and all delivery staff are working to put in place remote learning sessions to keep you on track with your learning, exams and interviews.

Coaching sessions

All coaching sessions have moved to an online format. Just IT Business Coach will arrange these with learners and share joining links via a meeting invitation.

Classroom training

All classroom training is moving to online delivery. Learners will be sent the relevant link to this training before.

Any learner with challenges to planned training attendance can email the relevant group:

Exams

For those learners taking exams, we will be emailing them direct with details of how the situation has affected exams and what the next steps are.

For exam-related question then please email: examadmin@justit.co.uk

Exams with BCS

BCS have been working with us to understand the options available in the immediate short and medium term to enable candidates and apprentices to resume taking their exams remotely.

BCS will be emailing all candidates that are due to take exams this week and Questionmark will also be sending emails later today with further information about how to rebook for a later date.
BCS are now scoping options that ensures quality, security and stability of delivery for our candidates and apprentices.

Again, any questions can be sent to: examadmin@justit.co.uk

EPA activities

Any queries regarding your EPA activities over the next few weeks can be directed to: doreenq@justit.co.uk

Interviews

These are continuing to be undertaken remotely using GoTo training links which will be sent to learner directly.
