Just IT are delighted to be supporting the Techs & The City event in Manchester.
As we kick off our year as headline sponsor for Manchester Tech Festival we will be supporting a number of key themes including “Positive Resilience” as we aim to create 100 tech job openings for career changes, females in tech and tech returners.
As part of our investment, we will be welcoming like-minded businesses in the Manchester Tech Community to DiSH on Tuesday 31st of Jan to share great ideas around inclusion, intersection and positive resilience.
Techs and The City is an inclusive space for people from all backgrounds within tech in Manchester to come together and share ideas, knowledge, and best practice and discuss topics facing the industry. We will strive to organise one Meet-Up every other month with speakers, lightning talks and there will also be round table discussions, dinner debates, and regular social gatherings.
Supporting Manchester City Council
We appreciate times are hard for everyone, but if you can we politely ask that if you are able to could you please bring a donation for our food bank partners. We are asking for baby food, nappies, infant formula, hygiene wipes, tampons, sanitary pads, halal food and socks. If your religion prevents you from touching or purchasing any of the previous items you are welcome to bring packaged bars of soap. We are desperate for donations and your contribution makes a very real difference to the service users that vitally require these items.
