Our client is a global marketing agency. They are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join their team based at their site in London on a permanent, full-time basis. Our technology team provides both IT services to the business and web hosting services for marketing campaigns. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and vibrant IT environment. Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for IT and supporting others.
Responsibilities
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Implementing and supporting Azure and Office365 services
- Maintaining identity services using AAD as an SSO solution
- Automation and Platform Support for in-house cloud services
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues.
- Monitoring services to provide high availability
- Automating operational Tasks
- Optimising cloud resources to maximize cost-benefit
- Responding to support requirements of Developers and Technical Operations
- Partaking in out-of-hours support rota
Qualifications, skills, experience and competencies needed
- Recent graduate
- Microsoft certification
- 2-3 years relevant experience
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 pa
