Project Manager
Level 4 Apprenticeship
Developing your staff
Within each organisation, no matter what the industry, projects of varying sizes and contexts are undertaken and implemented. There has to be a focal point to lead each project and ensure its success. The role of the Project Manager is to do just that, including resourcing and driving it with a set team in order to achieve the required outcome.
Our Associate Project Manager apprenticeship is perfect for new and aspiring project managers, coordinators or those with some regular exposure to project management within your organisation. This programme is designed to give your employees the foundational skills, knowledge and behaviours to become skilled project managers.
These skills include the ability to plan, organise, lead, manage and communicate within a team. The resourcing aspect encompasses time, cost, and clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the team.

Our apprenticeship programme
Within our 15-month apprenticeship, your employees attend eight workshops on critical project management skills like risk management or resource scheduling. There are monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions, which help your staff member to apply the learning to their day-to-day work. To complete the blended learning approach, there is an element of online learning through our Virtual Learning Environment and other platforms.
The included APM Project Management Qualification gives your manager tools and techniques that can be applied to any project management framework from Agile to PRINCE2. Our approach is designed to give you quick return on investment.
If you provide 8 or more Project Managers at one time, we will run the training on your site if this is preferable. For smaller groups or single learners, training will take place online using our remote learning delivery platform, or at our fully-equipped centre in London.
